UK Camping Site

We go Family Camping once a year. Twice we have been to great UK Camping Site in Devon. Two years ago we visited North Morte Farm and loved it. We were car camping and able to take plenty of camping gear and supplies we needed for a week.

The campsite is located a few miles away from Woolacombe Bay which is beautiful. The campsite also has a bay your able to walk down to a lovely little beach.

The campsite is a family run business and really helpful.

When you enter the campground set up camp on the left hand side. This will prevent wind affecting your tent. It is just worth being aware of this, because the site is above cliffs, the winds can get high. Don't let this put you off, the views are great.

For a family they are brilliant, many other families are camping which makes it easy for the kids to make friends. You have many hiking trails and small walks for the children available. The children's play area is very close to the left hand side that makes it easier to watch them.

The only negative is the price but you do get what you pay for, and that's the South of England prices for you.

Boat rides are available to Lundy Island, we haven't visited as yet.

I could not recommend a better campsite for Devon. They have a Website to book a reservation, also to ask question's or you can give them a call on 01271 870381.
